Neuroscience and Wisdom Traditions Rooted in the Body
About Me
I am a therapist offering a blend of scientific knowledge and holistic healing practices. My journey began at McGill University in Montreal, where I earned a Master's Degree in Neuroscience, focusing on behavioral change and neuroplasticity. This scientific foundation allows me to bring a deep appreciation of brain and behavior to my therapeutic work.
In 2022, I expanded my skillset with training in Aletheia Coaching, an innovative approach based in the Bay Area. This training integrates somatic, transpersonal, and Internal Family Systems approaches, providing a comprehensive toolkit for healing and personal growth.
In addition to my therapeutic training, I’ve had a longstanding meditation practice in Tibetan Buddhism. I've been fortunate to study with teachers such as Daniel P. Brown, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, Lama Lena, and Mingyur Rinpoche.
I am based in Lafayette, Colorado pursuing my mental health graduate training at Adams State University in Colorado and working under the supervision of Jacey Tramutt, MA, LPC.
I am currently offering in-person sessions in Golden, Colorado and virtual sessions on Zoom.
My Approach
Drawing on my training in behavioral neuroscience and Aletheia Unfolding, I integrate science and wisdom traditions with a body-centered approach. I create a safe space for exploration and growth, empowering clients to develop a deeper understanding of their nervous system and inner world.

Working through trauma or chronic health issues
